PRESENCE OF SILVER

due to presence of excessive silver (Attainment of saturation point) and is
called the waste solution.This rejected waste fixer solution is the basic raw
material for the business of extracting pure silver. The concentration of
silver in fixer solution varies from process to process and time to time.
EXTRACTION PROCESS
Extraction of silver with our plants is an
economical and safe process. Before procuring or processing fixer solution, the
silver concentration can be checked with the help of silver estimation papers.
Silver testing process is too simple that by dipping a small piece of silver estimation
paperin the solution and comparing the change in colour with the accompanying
colour chart, the silver concentration may be determined in grams per litre
within a few seconds. On comparing with prevailing prices of siver, the
purchase price of fixer can be settled accordingly. The operation of machine is
a very simple process. By filling the waste solution into plant tank and
connecting to the electricity mains, plant starts working and silver present in
the solution starts depositing over the silver collecting blocks. After the
stipulated time period, the whole silver present in the solution is extracted
in the form of solid metallic flakes, which can be sold 'as it is ' to any
jeweller at current rate of pure silver.

The waste fixer is easily available from every X-ray clinic, photo lab, offset
processor etc. at regular interval of around 10 days. In India the price of
waste fixer is generally settled at approx half the rate of market value of
silver present in it, but its rate may be vary. For example : X-ray fixer
solution saturates when silver concentration reaches around 10 grams per litre
(today's 10 gms. silver worth in India is Rs. 200-00 (i.e.5$ ) and it is
available at the maximum rate of Rs. 80-00 (i.e.2$ ) per litre. Difference in
the both the prices is your profit. The waste fixer solution may be available
at much cheaper rates at you place, because its rate varies from place to place

While preparing this project report, it has been
assumed that about 430 liters of waste fixer solution will be available from
different sources, such as X-ray clinics, photolabs, offset processors etc.
Generally one litre of fixer solution contains upto 10 grams silver. On safer
side, its silver concentration has been assumed to be 7 grams/ litre. Silver
extraction plant model SX-150 has been selected as the most appropriate model
for handling 430 liters of waste fixer solution. The overall silver
production should be 36 Kg. per annum. The working days have been
assumed to be 20 days in a month. Because plant can work continuously without
the presence of operator / supervisor, therefore plant working has been
calculated for 24 hours a day. Since the finished product silver is readily
sellable in cash, it has been assumed that there will be sufficient raw
material for 3 days to ensure the smooth running of this project.

Sources of raw material:All used & waste fixer solution of X-ray clinic,
photo labs offset film processors, block maker etc. situated in your nearby
area. You yourself have to arrange for the raw material.

Silver content in fixer solution:Generally waste fixer solution contains up to 10
grams silver per liter.

Testing of solution:Fixer solution can be tested while purchasing and
processing by means of silver estimation papers, which indicates silver
contents present in grams per litre of solution. By dipping a piece of test
paper in the solution for five seconds and comparing its colour with accompanying
colour chart, quantity of silver can be estimated immediately.
|
|
Operation of plant:It is very simple to operate. By filling the waste
fixer solution into the plant tank and connecting it to electricity mains
(domestic line of 220 volts A.C.) , plant starts working and pure silver
starts depositing over the silver collecting blocks in the form of solid
metallic flakes. Detailed ‘Operation Manual is provided only along with the
plant in which everything is mentioned clearly.

Installation:All
the plants are portable , single switch operated and no foundation is required.
Plant can be installed at home also because of being noiseless &
pollution free.
|
|
Attendance during process:It is not essential to attend the plant continuously
while operating. Just start the process and stop after it has processed
completely as per stipulated time.

Sale of Silver:Silver
can be sold ‘as it as’ to any jeweller at the current rate of pure silver.
All jewllers happily accept to purchase silver in any bulk quantity and make
the instant cash payment.

|
Processing Cost:Only
50 paise to maximum Rs.1.00 pre liter including electricity charges etc.

|
Silver Estimation paper:One cartoon of silver estimation paper contains 200
leavs & one colour chart and is sufficient for 1000 tests. It is not not
available in loose form or sample form.

Transportation:Plants
are compact in size and can be carried easily by bus, train. It can also be
sent by road transport/ cargo service etc.
|
|
Electric Load:All
plants works on domestic electricity line (220 volts AC) and its electric
consumption is very low (from 100 W to 750 W only) e.g. model SX-150 works on
100 W. electricity load and consumes 1 unit in 10 hours working.

Pollution:There
is no pollution due to extraction of silver through our plants.

or within 30 days from the date of placement of order . It depends upon our
